We are working with an organisation, in the Education sector, who are looking for 3 experienced Business Analysts with a passion for designing technical solutions which will help deliver integration projects that change how the organisation uses IT to work.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and dynamic team of Business Analysis professionals who have earned an excellent reputation throughout the organisation.
They deliver a full range of IT services to all staff and users and this role will join the IT Portfolio community. They run a wide range of projects and programmes to improve our current services and transform the staff and student experience to a diverse community.
Role and Responsibilities:
- business and system analysis experience, identify business needs, operational efficiencies, and future technical solutions.
- Analysing, validating, and mapping of systems and processes in a way that clearly identifies requirements, acceptance criteria and business benefits.
- Provide support and training to the technical and business teams for the new systems and processes.
- Create user stories, test scenario, process flow diagrams and prototypes based on the proposed features.
- Provide support to the technical team for creation and implementation of the interface migration plan.
- Recommend and support implementation of the non-functional requirements and provide post implementation troubleshooting support.
Skills required
- Must have Integration experience, if you have ever integrated any business change improvement
- Extensive Business Analysis experience.
- Creating and writing functional and technical specifications for systems.
- The ability to communicate and collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Significant Business Analysis experience helping deliver large scale change projects and programmes.
Further details:
- Salary between £44,000-£56,000
- Flexible working, 1 or 2 days on site in Southampton
- 2 year fixed term contract
- The role is based in Southampton, but might involve travel to other sites occasionally
