Bookings Coordinator (Logistics)
Salary: £25k -£26k
Location: Immingham area
Grafton Recruitment is delighted to be working with a successful business who are looking for Bookings/ Customer Service Coordinator to join their Customer Service team. This role will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and bookings.
The Role:
Some of your responsibilities are listed below:
- Be the first point of contact for customers' queries.
- Address inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Work with transport planners to embed company values across functions. Ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Monitor the progress and keep Customer regularly updated.
- Coordinate and manage bookings, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, analyse their feedback to identify areas for improvement.
The Candidate:
- Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service.
- Strong problem solving skills and logical approach.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer oriented mindset with a problem solving attitude.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Proven experience in a customer service, bookings, or operations within the freight forwarding, logistics or transportation industry will be beneficial.
