About the Role

We're a recruitment agency working on behalf of our client to find an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Consultant to lead the comprehensive review and restructuring of their FM Core contract. If you're skilled in contract management, facilities management, and financial analysis, this consulting opportunity will allow you to make a significant impact in a short-term, dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities

As the Contract Specialist (FM) Consultant, you'll drive essential contract improvements, focusing on:

  • Contract Review: Conduct an in-depth analysis of the current FM Core contract and collaborate with legal and procurement teams to identify compliance issues and improvement areas
  • Contract Development: Define new contract requirements with the FM Contracts Manager, including service delivery assessments, in-house and outsourced service decisions, and selection of contract forms
  • Transition Planning: Devise a step-by-step transition plan for the shift from current to updated service delivery, covering key milestones
  • Financial Analysis: Deliver precise cost estimates, identify savings opportunities, and provide a full financial review to inform decision-making
  • Implementation Support: Offer guidance through the implementation phase to ensure seamless execution of new contracts
