Customer Services Advisor
What you'll need to succeed
- Enthusiastic people who have an ability to actively listen, empathise and work with customers to find solutions
- Great customer skills means being passionate about interacting with people and enjoying what you do every day.
- Work can be varied as operations cover HR, Finance and Procurement so having an ability to learn at pace and absorb new information is critical.
- Calls can be complex, so you need to be resilient, curious and have a 'can do' attitude.
- Excellent communicator and work with colleagues across the business
- Good computer literacy is essential as we use multiple systems which you will be using while talking to our customers.
- Maths and English GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent qualifications) or proven work experience
What you'll get in return
For undertaking this role the client is looking to pay between £14.00 and £15.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday allowance) on a full-time ongoing contract, 37 hours per week.
Hybrid working is an option on this role and would be discussed on an individual basis.
