Compliance Administrator Location: Cardiff City Centre Type: Full-time, Temporary (Office-based)
Salary: £13.00 per hour + Holiday Pay
Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working considered after training/probation)
Responsibilities:
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance: The Compliance Administrator will play a crucial role in preventing financial crimes by detecting and deterring illicit money flows.
- Regulatory Knowledge and Legal Acumen: Stay informed about current and upcoming laws and regulations related to compliance. Translate complex legal information into actionable policies for the organization.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking: Identify and assess risks, design control systems, and evaluate implications of compliance issues. Conduct thorough investigations and audits.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Law, Finance).
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles.
