Enrichment Coordinator
- Part-time (0.8 FTE, 4 days per week)
- Location: North Manchester
- Hours: 28 hours per week, 7 hours per day (8.30am - 4pm)
- Contract Duration: Temporary until Christmas, starting ASAP
- £21 Per hour
We are seeking an Enrichment Coordinator to join our team in the North Manchester area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with 16-18-year-old students as well as adult learners. This role involves scoping for and coordinating enrichment activities both on campus, online and in the community.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and implement a range of enrichment activities for students on campus, online, and within the community.
- Work closely with students to understand their interests and needs, ensuring that enrichment activities are engaging and beneficial.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a diverse range of activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enrichment programs, adjusting as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Enrichment Manager and other Enrichment Coordinators to share best practices and ideas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with 16-18-year-old students and adult learners.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee enrichment activities.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- DBS on the update service
