A temporary hire for 3 months to provide support for accounting and financial reporting, with a particular focus on business partnering, project accounting and process governance. Flexible working
Day to day
- Business partner with business areas responsible for key information for financial reporting, ensuring accurate and complete reporting for a special area in the financial statements
- Develop stakeholder relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and communicating accounting, audit and reporting requirements to the business area
- Project accounting lead for external reporting and accounting for new initiatives , products & objectives
- Assisting with Group external audit and liaison with the External Auditors.
- Process governance
- Driving improvement of audit efficiency

About You
- An experienced Management Accountant
- ERP experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with the wider finance team and mentor/coach through times of organisational change
- Experience of stakeholder engagement and ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Qualified Accountant, or Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience will be considered with relevant experience
