Zenith People are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator with experience of working in a Customer Service/Production/Warehouse environment. This is a managing & doing role, working alongside the Warehouse Manager/Production Manager. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to the customer base. You will also be required to assist the wider business with its warehouse and logistics needs.
The role involves the following duties:
- Using available resources and suppliers, plan and profitably complete work in line with customers' expectations.
- Processing sales and purchase orders liaising with customers and suppliers.
- As and when needed, assist with other duties such as: Goods Inwards, Manufacturing, Pick Pack, Despatch, etc.
- Be responsible for the company's image and reputation.
- Proactively increase your technical understanding of products and applications.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the development of new business.
Personal specification:
- Have a proactive attitude, focussed on customer service and high standards of quality, health and safety.
- Have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Have good IT skills using Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook).
- Have some experience with warehousing software systems.
- Be able to accurately perform warehouse duties and production tasks.
- Good organisational skills, working in a clean, tidy and structured manner.
- Physically fit.
