The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have extensive post qualification UK experience with experience job running / as a project lead , strong working knowledge of Revit and excellent technical detailing skills.
Skills, Responsibilities, and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Substantial post-qualification experience is essential
- Degree in HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or similar
- Residential or education sector experience
- Strong understanding of Revit
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and demonstratable technical excellence
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
- Work well within a team
- Be involved in projects from planning through to delivery stages
