Their expertise covers projects such as residential, education commercial and conservation to name a few. The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have extensive post qualification UK experience with experience job running / as a project lead , strong working knowledge of Revit and excellent technical detailing skills.

Skills, Responsibilities, and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

  • Substantial post-qualification experience is essential
  • Degree in HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or similar
  • Residential or education sector experience
  • Strong understanding of Revit
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and demonstratable technical excellence
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Work well within a team
  • Be involved in projects from planning through to delivery stages
  • A passionate and self-motivated approach to work and professional development
  • Experience managing a small team and projects
