Next Chapter Talent is seeking a Property Manager to join a staple property management company based in Croydon.
You will be joining a collaborative team of professionals, working within a supportive and service driven environment where every person counts!
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all pre-tenancy works for your luxury portfolio of circa 100 - 120 London based properties
- Carry out property visits
- Oversee refurbishments projects from inception to completion
- Create accurate reports to present to the landlord
- Handle deposits
- Ensure safety certificate management for gas safety checks, portable appliance tests
- Manage insurance claims
- Issue section notices where required
- Maintain regular proactive communication with landlords and tenants
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with your colleagues, contractors, and portfolio contacts
- Liaise with multiple contractors to ensure works are carried out to the highest possible standard, whilst ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
This opportunity would suit a well-rounded Property Manager who is seeking a small portfolio to nurture and enhance.

- Have the ability to work well under your own initiative, but not proud enough to not ask for help if needed!
- Have 6+ months experience working with AST Property Management
Salary/Benefits
- £28,000 - £32,000 basic salary (dependent on level of experience)
- Funding to obtain industry qualifications
- Performance related bonus
