Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Administrator on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate, administrate and manage the customer sales lead databases carrying out regular audits to evaluate performance
  • Carrying out spot checks on third party marketing websites
  • Maintain workflows and sales pipelines, ensuring that all leads are followed up
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
  • Help to develop sales strategies to increase business
  • Be a direct link between the sales teams and the marketing teams
  • Work with the marketing department as an aid to increase business opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales and creative team to ensure all marketing collateral is accurate and up to date to best showcase the brand
  • To undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required
  • Comply with company policies, rules and procedures at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional manner when dealing with customers and colleagues alike
  • Must be a team player and happy to ‘muck in' with anything that needs doing including research
  • Good IT skills including proficiency in Work, Excel, Outlook, Good understanding of a CRM
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Time orientated
