Tradewind Recruitment are collaborating with a Secondary School in Lincolnshire that supports pupils aged 11 - 16 years old. The school are seeking a long-term candidate to work in the Alternative Education Unit to motivate students to participate and take ownership in their learning.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist with planning activities and prepare resources for students.
- Work with pupils with challenging behaviour and defuse situations.
- Monitor students needs and provide feedback for other staff members.
- Promote development and learning opportunities for students that build self-esteem and independence.
- Supervise children over break and lunch periods.
- Be able to handle difficult situations by remain calm.
Build familiarity with EHCPs of the pupils you're working with 1:1 During your time at Tradewind Recruitment we will support you with the following:

The daily rate is £83.33 - £95 per day.
