About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their design career who's eager to learn, develop, and evolve within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundational understanding of design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the willingness to work collaboratively while taking initiative. You'll contribute to a wide variety of creative projects—branding, social media, web assets, and light video editing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design team in producing high-quality visual content for TikTok and Meta ads
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, social media graphics
- Apply basic video editing techniques for reels, stories, and short promos
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver engaging and effective visuals
- Stay informed on current design trends, platforms, and tools
- Take feedback constructively and actively participate in creative discussions
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign at a minimum)
- Familiarity with basic video editing principles (e.g., using Premiere Pro or similar tools)
- Basic working knowledge of Figma
- A solid portfolio showcasing your design work and creative thinking
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team environment
- Interest in design trends, digital culture, and emerging tools
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to motion graphics (e.g., After Effects)
- Understanding of branding and visual storytelling
- Experience working with templates and design systems
