Accounts Payable Clerk / £25,000 / Fully Remote / Permanent
Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in the financial services sector who are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis
Package:
- Salary £25,000
- Full-time, Permanent
- 28 days holiday + BHs (increases each year to 30 days)

Location: Fully remote
Job Duties:
- Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate basis
- Liaising with supplier on queries and ensure resolution in a timely manner
- Weekly payment runs
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Process employee expenses
- Supporting wider finance team internally posting journals to general ledger
- Admin/ad hoc duties as required
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?
- Experience working within a fast-paced start to end purchase ledger role desirable
- Finance related degree or AAT essential
- Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
- Good excel and system skills essential
