My client is looking to recruit a solicitor with up to 1 years experience, to join their growing corporate & commercial team. The department acts for a range of clients, from public companies to owner-managed businesses across areas such as;
- Acquisition & Sales
- Asset Transfers and Financing
- Secured Lending & Debt Finance
- Commercial Contracts
- Private Equity & Venture Capital
- Data Protection & Privacy
- IT
- Distribution, Co-operation & Exclusivity Arrangements
- Co-operative Ownership
- Joint Ventures, Partnerships & Shareholder Agreements

About you
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- NQ – 1 PQE with experience gained working in a corporate/commercial team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be collaborative and a good team player – no silo mentality
