Overview of the Head of Operations

This newly created, standalone role is designed for a strategic thinker ready to lead, innovate, and transform. As the Head of Operations, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing the business operations and performance. Reporting to the Group Director, you'll manage and grow a dedicated team, initially with six direct reports, with plans to expand.

You'll take a key role in implementing and refining the RPO and MSP solutions, supporting seamless transitions to Business-as-Usual (BAU), and driving service excellence for their internal clients, including Client Services and Direct Resourcing teams. Working collaboratively across departments, including Business Support Services and other Global Operations, you'll enhance the operational processes to improve client outcomes.

In this role, you'll also lead end-to-end investigations and analysis of people, systems, and processes, covering functions such as:

  • Client Services (Account Management & Service Delivery)
  • Compliance & Onboarding
  • Contractor Payroll
  • Data & Insights
  • Legal & Invoicing
  • Technology Services...and many more.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Lead Analysis & Project Management: Drive complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and systems, both internally and externally.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee Business Support Services and optimize operational service delivery for Client Services, Direct Delivery, and Clients.
  • MI/BI Roadmap Development: Use existing resources and data to develop a high-impact MI/BI roadmap, establishing the business as a point of distinction in the industry.
  • Documentation Standards: Set a high bar for documentation quality, ensuring all output is 'exec-ready' and professional.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement changes across business processes, building collaborative relationships to ensure smooth execution and adoption.
  • System Roadmap Ownership: Lead the development and budgeting for future system enhancements, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Commercial Oversight: Manage third-party provider relationships, overseeing contracts and commercial responsibilities.
