CNC Machinist
OA are currently working with a successful organisation within the engineering industry and are currently looking to recruit an experienced CNC Machinist to manufacture and check conformance of production requirements and working towards deadlines to ensure delivery times meet requirements.
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 06:30am to 16:30pm or 15:30pm to 01:00am
- £35,000 - £38,000
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Local parking
CNC Machinist – Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and check conformance of on-going production requirements.
- Setting and maintaining machines to the processes outlined.
- Verifying and controlling manufactured quality to ensure correct manufacture first time.
- Communicate effectively with the team and other staff members.
- Always adhere to and follow safe working processes.
CNC Machinist – Skills and Experience:
- Must have CNC milling machine setting and operation experience
- Heidenhain experience or similar
- Experience working with control plans
- Aerospace industry knowledge and experience
- 5S / Lean experience
