Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in Science.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and school-wide events.
- Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and extracurricular Science activities.
Requirements:
- A degree in Science or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Science at secondary school level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science.
