Our client is an established, family-run business that supplies a wide range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Due to success within their sector, they are now seeking a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent, part-time basis, working 25 hours per week.

The Role

As a Payroll Administrator, you will ensure that our client's payroll is run in an accurate and timely manner, whilst adhering to current legislation.

In this fast paced, varied role, you will oversee the end to end processing of monthly payrolls for 250+ employees over three companies.

You will manage all aspect of payroll data, support leavers and starters and process any HMRC documentation. Additionally, you will oversee the pension function, process end-of-year P60s and respond to any queries from staff members.

About You

To be considered as a Payroll Administrator, you will need:

  • Previous experience working within a payroll department
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Good knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations
