Venn Group are currently partnering with a Housing Association based in London who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner. The successful Finance Business Partner will be able to start as soon as possible.

Salary: £53k - £59k per annum
Location: London
Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Hybrid 2 days in the office
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and monthly performance report
- Provide a finance business partnering service for the Asset Management team, Compliance team and Development teams
- Liaise with budget holders, monitoring performance, maintaining budgetary control and investigating queries
- Support the treasury management function
- Calculate Variance Analysis vs actuals
- Ensure reconciliations are conducted monthly
- Ensure fixed asset records are accounted for
- Facilitate internal and external audit reviews
- Preparing financial and commercial analysis
Experience required:
- Social Housing experience]
- Brixx Experience ( Desirable )
