Description
The key responsibilities of a Senior Accountant will include, but may not be limited to;
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Preparing stakeholder reports.
- Conducting monthly review of all management accounts.
- Maintain and oversee all accounting procedures and processes.
- Developing financial controls.
- Preparing grant reports.
- Appraising the financial status of grant applications.
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company.
- Advise management on financial decisions and strategies.
Profile
A successful Senior Accountant should have:
- Not for Profit and Charities background.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to commute to Cheadle full time.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
- Understanding of data privacy standards.
