German Speaking HR Advisor
Are you a skilled HR professional fluent in both German and English? We have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking a German-speaking HR Advisor to join a dynamic and global team on a temporary contract basis for a minimum of 3 months. This role offers a competitive pay rate of up to £25 per hour, depending on experience, and is based on a hybrid working model – 3 days from home and 2 days in our office located in Bicester Village. The position requires an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support and advice in both German and English.
- Ensure compliance with German labour law.
- Handle general People Services, HR, Payroll, and Benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
- Solid knowledge of German labour law.
- Proven experience in HR
