Halliday Marx have partnered with an up and coming technology company to recruit for a French Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk on a permanent basis.
This role is hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices.
- Create new supplier accounts.
- Update supplier information on to the system.
- Manage email accounts.
- Matching of supplier invoices to purchase orders.
- Apply correct VAT treatment and prepare monthly reports for review.
- Ensure timely and accurate settlement of supplier invoices.
- Record bank transactions.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in resolving questions.
- Ensure timely and accurate VAT application to expense reports.
- Ensure expense reports adhere to the travel policy.
- Reconcile expense reports against credit card statements.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French - Both verbal and written
- At least 1 years experience in AP
- Strong communicator
- Good attention to detail
