Join our client's dynamic and inclusive team as an ER Partner in Canary Wharf, London! As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert employee relations support to colleagues across the organisation. With your exceptional coaching skills and HR expertise, you will handle a variety of employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, absence management, and ACAS conciliations. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality service and proactive case management, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional guidance and advice to line managers on employee relations cases.
  • Coach and support managers on people matters, being readily available to provide first-line support.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of capability, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
  • Attend disciplinary hearings, grievances, absence management meetings, and tribunals as required, including preparing written correspondence.
  • Serve as the escalation point for HR support managers' queries.
  • Work in partnership with HR and OD partners, referring or escalating as necessary.
  • Identify trends and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with relevant employment legislation.
  • Ensure fair and efficient outcomes, minimising customer wait times.
  • Always prioritise customer satisfaction and propose practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver seamless service to customers.
  • Act as a role model for excellence in customer service and delivery.
