We're currently seeking a detail-oriented Sales Ledger Clerk to join our Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, managing customer payments, and maintaining financial records.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner
  • Process customer payments and update the sales ledger
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with monthly reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly DD's report

Profile

The successful candidates requires:

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, hi-volume environment
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Willing to learn & a strong team player
  • Great communication skills and a customer-focused approach
