Within this Employment Paralegal role, you will be working on your own caseload of both claimant and respondent matters such as:
- Employment disputes
- Unfair dismissal
- Redundancy
- Settlement Agreements
- Grievances and disciplinaries
- Terms and Conditions
- Discrimination, bullying and harassment
- Paternity and Maternity issues
- Restrictive covenants
The is a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 rated Employment team and really hit the ground running. The successful candidate for this Employment Paralegal role will ideally have done a seat within Employment law, is able to work well as part of a team and has excellent client care skills.
