What's more, as part of our charity bringing history to life, you'll be supported and encouraged to share your ideas, inspire others and make a difference to the way England's rich past is experienced.

As a Building Maintenance Assistant within the Estates Team at Stonehenge, you will join an amazing team of employees and volunteers, making sure the visitor facilities are operating correctly so they don't detract from a visitor's experience of one of the most well-known ancient monuments in England.

You, and the small team you work with, will provide a high-quality comprehensive maintenance and customer-focused facilities management service for this world heritage site. You will be responsible for undertaking the day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance to the building fabric and plumbing services across the site, working with the internal team and external specialist contractors.

To be considered as a Building Maintenance Assistant, you will need:

- Relevant building fabric, plumbing and drainage maintenance experience.

- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment providing a high level of service.

-Working knowledge of current legislation and regulations covering an extensive range of building infrastructure/systems, including fire safety/firefighting equipment, Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations, legionella controls, and other relevant statutory regulations and bylaws.
