  • Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 depending on candidate experience
  • Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm (37.5 per week)
  • 30 minutes lunch break
  • Location: Birchwood, Warrington

As the Customer Service Administrator you will play a key role in providing and maintaining an excellent service level to the client sales team, operations department, partners, and customers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Receiving and entering customer orders into the SAP system and preparing the necessary information pack.
  • Creating customer invoices with specific requirements.
  • Reconciling financial documentation and ensuring authorisation and control.
  • Collaborating with our parent organisation's departments to resolve any issues or clarify queries.
  • Managing customer terms and payment methods.
  • Handling payments from customers and ensuring accuracy.
  • Coordinating installations with partners on a weekly basis and updating the system accordingly.
  • Managing incoming order/enquiries and distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
  • Maintaining an organised and tidy workspace.
  • Providing support during staff holidays and absences.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Familiarity with the SAP system or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • The ability to adapt to varying business needs and cover for team members when necessary.
  • A friendly, professional demeanour when interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
