Job Opportunity: Team Assistant/PA

Location: Cavendish Square, London

Company: We are supporting a prestigious investment management firm in Cavendish Square, London, known for its dedicated team and client-focused approach.

Role: We are seeking a Team Assistant/PA for a 12-14 month maternity cover contract starting in August.

Responsibilities of the chosen Team Assistant/PA will include:

  • Coordinate and arrange meetings (in person and via Teams/Zoom)
  • Assist with travel arrangements (booking flights and hotels)
  • Analyze credit card receipts and manage staff expenses
  • Handle general office correspondence and ad hoc tasks

Schedule:

  • 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Office days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Remote days: Tuesday, Friday
  • Part-time options: 3 full days (Mon, Wed, Thurs in office) or 5 half days (mornings with hybrid as above)

Salary and Benefits to you would include:

  • Approx £36,000 full-time equivalent
  • 3-month probation

Ideal Team Assistant/PA Candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous PA/office admin experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
  • Financial services background preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of 'Certify' expense system is a plus but not essential
  • Organised and efficient with strong communication skills
  • Focused work style
