Support Worker for Young Adults/Adults with Visual Impairments and Learning Difficulties
Location: Exeter - EX2
Pay: £13.65 per hour with holiday pay or £15.35 per hour without holiday pay
Hours: Adhoc/part time and full time positions available

Based on a 14 acre site, we are looking for people who go to work to have fun & make a difference - Swim, Sail, Dance, Laugh while your at work! Support people with visual impairments and learning difficulties to thrive and access the best possible opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised care and support to residents with visual impairments and learning difficulties.
- Assist with personal care and manual handling, ensuring dignity and respect for all residents.
- Engage residents in a variety of active and social activities, including swimming, sailing, walking, and other outdoor adventures.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages independence and personal growth.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with learning difficulties.
- Proficiency in personal care and manual handling.
- Enthusiasm for active, outdoor activities and the ability to support residents in these pursuits.
