Business Development Support
Location - Leicester, LE8
Hours - Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary - £27k - £29k

We are currently seeking a Business Development Support who will provide administration support to the Business Development Director. This will include, but not limited to; business development activities, contract mobilisation and integration projects.
You will produce and maintain databases and documentation and co-ordinate project/tender monitoring and reporting. You will demonstrate a high degree of effective organisational, administrative and IT skills with the ability to balance a wide variety of priorities.
A strong attention to detail and the ability to show initiative and autonomy will be required together with an ability to work under pressure in a variety of situations. Previous experience of managing various portals, writing PQQs, uploading tenders, and/or providing strategic support is not essential but desirable.
Skills & Experience:
- GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics
- Ability to work in a flexible environment with changing priorities
- High level of literacy & competent in all Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Highly organised and skilled in following processes and methodologies
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage deadlines
- Highly motivated and resourceful
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal & communications skills
- Ability to draft briefing papers for use by senior staff
We'll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. It would be great if you have some existing knowledge of Business Development procedures, methods and techniques, working within a commercial environment.
