Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding new installation jobs and reactive maintenance.
- Schedule engineers across the UK, ensuring optimal allocation of their locations.
- Order necessary parts and equipment for various jobs.
- Update clients on job progress and maintain clear communication.
- Collate paperwork for completed jobs and close them down in the system.
- Prepare quotes and invoices for completed works.
Requirements:
- Proven customer-focused experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Personable and positive personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel.
