**Junior Sales Executive

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Junior Sales Executive to join an award-winning, fast-growing, global distribution and logistics company.
Due to incredible growth, they are looking for an individual to help identify sales opportunities, manage deals/accounts, and help achieve business targets.
**Day to day of the role:
- Identify and engage with prospective sales prospects.
- Developing business deals
- Collaborate with Business Managers to exchange insights on business development, learning opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor the progression of ongoing business overseen by Logistics Officers.
- Monitoring the outcome of the deals: quantitatively (financial and volumes) and qualitatively (customer experience, satisfaction of internal processes).
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Personable, hardworking, and ambitious personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Experience in cold calling or making phone calls is desirable but not essential.
- Capability to cultivate and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analysing industry trends to inform business strategies.
