The firm deals with a wide range of clients throughout the UK with many clients having strong international connections. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Legal Executives with at least 2 years+ experience within a leading national practice. The role will be handling and assisting on a mixture of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including but not limited to;
- Restructures and Strategic advice to senior management
- Settlement Contracts and Handbooks
- Advice on Disciplinary and Grievance matters
- Discrimination & Restrictive Covenants
- TUPE transfers
