TSR Legal are proud to offer a brand new & exclusive opportunity for a Contracts & Risk Advisor. This role is ideal for those who have a legal support / business administration background looking for a new challenge in a new industry. Reporting to the Compliance & Risk Manager, this position is critical for safeguarding the business by scrutinising Client and Consultant contract terms and identifying potential risks.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all contract risks are meticulously logged onto the risk register and promptly escalated to the Management team. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence are essential, as evidenced by the expectation of a 100% approval rate for completed placements and the maintenance of a clear contracts inbox within 24 hours.

The main responsibilities include the thorough review and analysis of supplier, Client, and Candidate contract terms, advising Senior Management of any possible risks, and liaising with the Management and Sales teams to negotiate terms. The role also involves providing exceptional levels of service through efficient management of the contracts inbox and timely dispatch of paperwork, all while supporting the Compliance & Risk Manager in various projects and compliance matters.

Candidates must possess strong communication, time management, and organisational skills, with an aptitude for building and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Expert knowledge in contract and commercial compliance is essential, along with the ability to share knowledge and best practices within the team.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to prioritise their workload, and display a commitment to meeting deadlines. A collaborative team player who values honesty, empathy, and integrity, the Contracts & Risk Advisor will also be a champion of the brand, both internally and externally.

In return, the role offers flexible working hours with the option for remote or hybrid arrangements, alongside a host of benefits including social events, company trips, medical appointment leave, length of service awards, 'Well-being Wednesdays', participation in employee-led committees, an Employee Assistance Programme, financial well-being app, healthcare benefits, and a competitive pension scheme.

For those who are driven to excel in a challenging yet rewarding environment, this position promises not just a job, but a path to personal and professional fulfilment.
