Systems & Process Coordinator

to identify and scope improvements to efficiency and automation by working with internal functional areas to understand current processes and systems data flows. Join us in shaping the future of connectivity!

Your passion for

process improvement

and "can-do" attitude will be your most important attribute, but the following experience will also help:

  • Change management coordination
  • Capturing and documenting business processes
  • Senior stakeholder management to implement change in a fast-paced business
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Your role as a Systems & Process Coordinator:

Glide's technology solutions transform the way people live and work and you will be a critical part of that.

A typical day might include:

  • Leading and chairing regular meetings with key business owners to prioritize and manage the BAU development queue.
  • Triaging development requests to ensure developer time is utilized effectively.
  • Assisting with UAT testing of new developments.
  • Reporting on progress against the development roadmap and new builds.
  • Communicating updates to impacted users prior to system go-live.
  • Supporting the administration of system changes and bugs.
