Responsibilities:

- Support chefs with various tasks to facilitate smooth kitchen operations.
- Manage stock rotation and inventory, keeping everything organised. ??
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines for a safe working environment. ??
Additional Duties:
- Dishwashing and sanitising all kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Proper disposal of kitchen waste, maintaining a clean workspace.
- Receive and store deliveries in an organised manner.
- Monitor food temperatures to comply with safety standards.
- Assist team members during busy periods to keep operations running smoothly. ??
