Administrator – Construction Company
We are a well-established construction company based in Leatherhead, known for delivering high-quality projects across the region. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office and project teams.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update project documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Support procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction or a related industry.
