Customer Care Assistant

Our client based in Marlow are recruiting for a number of remote working positions within their Customer Care Department.

The roles will be temporary for a minimum of 2 months. Ideally you will be available for full time hours however we will also consider flexible working hours.

This is a B2C customer department so email and telephone customer services is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Dealing directly with customers mostly over email occasionally over phone
  • Manage customer sales order process
  • Handle customer enquires effectively and efficiently
  • Must have CRM Database experience
