Document Controller
A full-time position is offered to an experienced, organised and technically proficient Document Controller, who will ensure that all projects maintain high standards of document presentation and project delivery, to ensure scores of 9+ on all projects for Tier 1 Contractors
The successful candidate will have construction industry experience, and be familiar with portals such as Aconex, Project+ and Procore. They will be a good team player, able to work on own initiative, and be IT savvy.

Roles and Responsibilities
You will implement document control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with Company ISO standards and customer requirements.
Creating and editing Technical Submittals, Benchmark documents, RAMs, O&Ms, sample submittals and drawings to assist on project delivery.
You will be response for loading documents, statements and amendments to online portals, and keeping track of contractor project addendums and instructions, ensuring accurate management and safeguarding of project related documentation, so they can be quickly and easily retrieved.
You will manage the master Drawing Register for each major project, tracking and controlling the issue of technical and design records, including version control.
You will attend project handovers, attend site meetings on major projects, taking minutes and ensuring actions are completed, so you will need to be prepared for occasional travel to sites (mainly in London).
You will also be required to train our employees on document control processes and procedures, and compile information for client's sustainability and social value requirements.
