We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of analytics features, focusing on API and data flow integrations. In this role, you will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for our analytics offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver impactful solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with senior management to shape the product strategy within your domain.
  • Roadmap Development: Communicate the strategic rationale behind roadmap initiatives and contribute to shaping the product roadmap.
  • Goals and Alignment: Establish OKRs and metrics with the Principal Product Manager and align your team.
  • Problem Space Exploration: Define the problem space and leverage product discovery frameworks.
  • Design and Research Collaboration: Work with Designers and Researchers to refine customer insights and generate valuable features.
  • Prioritisation: Make informed decisions about features considering potential impact and effort.
  • Scoping and Trade-offs: Define the scope for mid-sized features, balancing metrics and iterative phases.
  • GTM Collaboration: Work with Product Marketing on launch plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
  • User and Data Focus: Understand user needs, leverage data insights, and set success metrics.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market conditions and conduct research to inform feature adjustments.
  • Effective Communication: Foster clear and frequent communication with your team and stakeholders.
  • Ownership and Drive: Take ownership of problems and solutions, proactively overcoming obstacles.
