Responsible individual - Childrens residenital home
Hours: 15hours per week (Flexible)
You will be overseeing children's residential homes within the area, making sure they are run smoothly, safeguarding is being seen throughout and the children are being given the highest quality of care.

- Oversee registered manager
- Quality audits
- Ensure home is ready for Ofsted
- Develop and grow the home
- Managing safeguarding
- Sorting all paperwork/record keeping and operation procedures are met
- Managing data protection
Qualifications and experience:
Level 5 NVQ working with children (Management)
Experience working with Ofsted
24 months experience managing a residential children's home.
36 months senior management experience
Quality assurance
Experience of motivating and improving services.
