Our client based in a beautiful old market town near to Blakeney, Stiffkey, in an historic market town of Holt are seeking an experienced Head House Keeper, they are offering a great rate of £17.50ph for the role. The home is a 66 bedded home, all with ensuite, they are bright and contemporary in their decoration. The Company is a family run business where across the business they care for over 1,500 residents across their sites.
Our Client is looking for;-
- someone who has proven experience in a housekeeping role, it would be preferable to have been within a healthcare or senior living environment previously.
- Someone with Strong Leadership & interpersonal Skills, with the ability to motivate & inspire the current team diverse team already in place.
- The Head Housekeeper must have an exceptional eye for detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks & Manage time effectively.
- You must be able to work independently with minimal Supervision, but also be able to handle multiple tasks within a face paced environments.
- You will need to be physically fit, as the role includes, bending, lifting & standing for long periods of time.
- You will be required to have a clear understanding of regulatory requirements.
