Due to growth and expansion, they are now looking for a Business Support Administrator that will help them take their business to new levels. You will be the lynchpin between the clients and internal stakeholders supporting projects, working towards deadlines chasing content in order to complete projects.

What's involved for the Business Support Administrator...
- Liaise with clients and manage full creative project cycle
- Work with internal production and creative teams
- Help project timelines with the support of production teams
- Maintain and update CRM system
- Produce reports via internal software
- Deliver high levels of customer engagement
- Ensure that a high level of service is delivered
