We are seeking a dynamic Bid Writer to become a key part of a dynamic commercial team for a leading principle contractor within ther Facade and Cladding division
This role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure all proposals adhere to corporate brand guidelines and bid management standards.
As a Bid Writer, you will collaborate with technical experts and team members to craft bespoke responses for tender requests, ensuring each bid is precisely tailored to the project's specific needs. Taking on the responsibility of creating, presenting, and collating high-quality bids.
You will ideally have some experience as a Bid Writer, Bid Manager. You will be able to lead the creation of all written responses to achieve high quality, winning bids/submissions that meet the requirements and expectations of our clients customers. You will have good experience of writing and editing tender submissions.
Based in South East London, with projects across London
Permanent position
- Background as a Bid Writer working for a main contractor
- Background working within the Facade and Cladding sector
- Experience of bid writing and bid editing, creating compelling and persuasive responses.
- Experience in tendering and a thorough understanding of tender documentation
- Meticulous organisational skills.
- Construction site experience (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce client-focused material
Salary expectations £95k circa
