The global leader in the Management Consulting space is hiring strongly into their Real Estate Consulting practice due to increased client demand. More specifically, they are looking for a Digital and Technology Advisory Leader with experience across the UK Real Estate market.
The team focuses on three main areas within Digital / Technology:
- Digital Enablement: Transforming real estate organisations in blue-chip clients with technology-lead operating models and ecosystem capabilities to accelerate their digital adoption and value creation.?
- Systems Advisory and Assurance: Advising on real estate and asset management platform modernisation and system implementation strategies and assurance to mitigate implementation risk and maximise returns.?
- Data & BI Advisory: Enabling clients to better leverage their real estate & asset data by providing governance, process, maturity, and standardisation strategies to unlock automation and insights.?

Director specific requirements include:
- Support the development and growth of the business by building and sustaining client relationships;
- Develop business opportunities and managing client engagements, including managing diverse teams and promoting an inclusive team culture;
- Bring leadership consulting expertise to your work and clients, including an understanding of how to manage large and complex programmes.
- Take a lead on developing others in the team, across both technical and consulting skills; and
- Collaborate in developing thought leadership and represent the brand externally.
