Remuneration: £24,000.00-£26,500.00 per year

Overview:

Our client, a dynamic and motivated organisation, is currently seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join their team. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our client's products to potential customers. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with strong communication and organisational skills, a proven track record of achieving targets, and a drive to provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving targets
  • Strong phone presence while communicating with both existing and prospect customers
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and basic presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Regular communication with prospect companies and existing customers through various channels, primarily via outgoing telephone calls and emails.
  • Responding to incoming new business inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first contact experience and following through until the first order is secured.
  • Conducting due diligence on any new inquiries, identifying any conflicts or adverse findings before proceeding with the lead.
  • Ensuring all new prospects and existing customers are kept informed about the full range of products, schemes, offers, and support provided by our client.
  • Assisting the sales & customer experience manager in generating various reports related to sales, with a specific focus on new business, using CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Working towards daily and weekly targets for outgoing telephone calls.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through following up on inbound leads and making outbound cold calls and emails.

Support:

  • Assisting in answering incoming telephone calls and handling them appropriately.
  • Helping to organise and send marketing material to customers, including samples, brochures, and merchandise, in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with the organisation of customer training sessions, when required.
  • Supporting the scheme administrator with all aspects of the company's installer schemes.
  • Assisting with any customer service-related issues, if required.
