Your new company is a rapidly growing, independent family-owned insurance broker based in Surrey with a great team culture. Due to significant growth within the organisation, your company is now looking to grow their Claims function and is now seeking Personal Injury Claims Handler to join their team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be tasked with managing Personal injury claims from cradle to grave covering Official Injury Claims and Ministry of Justice claims, maintaining strong diary management, and you will be tasked with ensuring your portfolio is realistically and accurately reserved and ensuring the best outcome for your client at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven capability of claims handling for both portal and non-portal claims, knowledge of credit hire would be preferred and at least 1 year's experience in handling Personal Injury claims within the Motor Insurance industry. Outside of experience, you will need to be self-motivated and able to prioritise and work independently, as well as a strong, decisive and confident communicator.
