My client is a niche agency with an excellent reputation and enviable client base of some of our most loved and well-known charities. Due to expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team in a client focussed role. Well-suited to a client service focussed direct marketing specialist with traditional experience as well as some digital, this is a busy and rewarding role. Any experience in the charity/not for profit sector will be a big benefit
- *This role can be remote, hybrid or office based depending on the successful candidate's preference**
Your role will involve:
- Working with the campaign team in planning, developing and implementing assigned Direct Marketing Campaigns including, raffles, weekly lotteries and cause appeals
- Day to day organisation of campaigns, liaising with designers and reviewing artwork
- Print and production management
- Ensuring projects run to agreed timelines
- Acting as a reliable day to day contact for your clients
- Proof reading campaigns
- Developing and maintaining excellent client and supplier relationships
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
- Excellent B2C direct marketing experience, including mail, phone and online
- Strong project management skills with excellent client facing experience
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fundraising experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of databases to prepare and analyse data
- Good presentation skills
- Strong collaboration skills
