_Key Responsibilities of an Electrical Engineer: _
- Take ownership of line performance and results, ensuring efficient operations.
- Act as the first responder to breakdowns or process failures, providing swift technical support.
- Help drive the execution of continuous improvement activities and provide technical expertise.
- Identify and close out improvement activities linked to priority losses, continuously enhancing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
_Ideal Electrical Engineer will be: _
- Qualified to an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineer or above
- Experience working within a manufacturing industry
- Strong fault finder and analytical thinker
